Important Notice: Flumes Unavailable
The flumes at Pool in the Park are currently closed due to ongoing improvement works being carried out by Woking Borough Council.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding while these essential upgrades are completed.
An exact reopening date will be confirmed as soon as possible. The flumes will reopen once all work has been safely completed.
Session Information
These sessions are open to everyone. You’re welcome to bring your own small water toys for personal use, and our fantastic water slides will also be open for your enjoyment.
Child-to-Adult Ratio
Children under the age of 8 must be accompanied in the water by a parent or a responsible adult aged 18 or over.
There must be one responsible adult for every two children under 8 years old.
Ticket Access
Your ticket provides full access to all facilities within the Leisure Lagoon.
Please note that height and safety restrictions apply to all slides, which may limit access. These restrictions are detailed here.
No refunds will be given if you’re unable to use certain facilities due to not meeting these restrictions. Final decisions rest with the on-duty lifeguard.
Session Duration
Each session lasts 90 minutes from the start time shown on your ticket.
Please arrive promptly, as late arrivals cannot be credited or extended.
Discounted Tickets
When purchasing a discounted ticket, you’ll need to provide proof of your entitlement upon entry. Anyone unable to show valid evidence will be required to upgrade to a full-price ticket.
Acceptable evidence includes:

Proof of age for age-related tickets

For tickets marked as FREE, our Customer Service team will verify your membership upon your arrival to confirm eligibility

For Key Card tickets, our Customer Service team will verify your Key Card upon your arrival to confirm eligibility
Please note: Lagoon rapids, fountain features, and spa pools remain open as normal; however, the wave machine is currently out of order pending repairs.
