Session Information
Enjoy a fun, relaxed swim session designed especially for children under 5 years old to help build water confidence in a safe, shallow environment.
All children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult.
These sessions are exclusively for little ones — no big kids around! Bring along your own water-safe toys and enjoy our lily ponds and gently sloping beach area.
Please note: flumes are not available during these sessions due to the age group.
Child-to-Adult Ratio
Children under the age of 8 must be accompanied in the water by a parent or a responsible adult aged 18 or over.
There must be one responsible adult for every two children under 8 years old.
Session Duration
Each session lasts 90 minutes from the start time shown on your ticket.
Please arrive promptly, as late arrivals cannot be credited or extended.
Discounted Tickets
When purchasing a discounted ticket, you’ll need to provide proof of your entitlement upon entry. Anyone unable to show valid evidence will be required to upgrade to a full-price ticket.
Acceptable evidence includes:

For tickets marked as FREE, our Customer Service team will verify your membership upon your arrival to confirm eligibility
