Session Description

Experience our epic inflatable obstacle course, which is thrilling fun for all those aged 4 to 16 years. Get them moving on our safe, vibrant and energising Air-X!. These sessions are for those living with a disability, SEND, neurodivergence and/or other long-term health conditions.

To make the experience even more enjoyable, we offer limited capacity and quieter sessions with no music, so children can focus on having fun in a calm, less stimulating environment. Socks must be worn.

Child-to-Adult Ratio

Children under the age of 8 must be accompanied by a full-paying parent or a responsible adult aged 18 or over.
There must be one responsible adult for every two children under 8 years old.

All adults participating in Air-X must purchase a standard ticket. Additional adults will be charged per person.

Discounted Tickets

When purchasing a discounted ticket, you’ll need to provide proof of your entitlement upon entry. Anyone unable to show valid evidence will be required to upgrade to a full-price ticket.

Acceptable evidence includes:

  • Proof of age for age-related tickets

  • For tickets marked as FREE, our Customer Service team will verify your membership upon your arrival to confirm eligibility

  • For Key Card tickets, our Customer Service team will verify your Key Card upon your arrival to confirm eligibility
