Session Information
Our inclusive soft play sessions are for children with special educational needs or disabilities and their families. Provided in a more relaxed, quieter and less busy environment for children who may need this to feel more comfortable exploring the soft play structure. These inclusive sessions are suitable for children aged all the way up to 12 to climb, clamber and explore.
Child-to-Adult Ratio
Children under the age of 8 must be accompanied by a parent or a responsible adult aged 18 or over.
Session Duration
Each session lasts 90 minutes from the start time shown on your ticket.
Please arrive promptly, as late arrivals cannot be credited or extended.
Discounted Tickets
When purchasing a discounted ticket, you’ll need to provide proof of your entitlement upon entry. Anyone unable to show valid evidence will be required to upgrade to a full-price ticket.
Acceptable evidence includes:

For tickets marked as FREE, our Customer Service team will verify your membership upon your arrival to confirm eligibility
